What are you reading?

Currently I am reading two books - I am finishing "Tribes" by Seth Godin and starting "Groundswell" by Charlene Li and Josh Bernoff. I just finished a little paperback "Princess" about women in Saudia Arabia from the point of view of a Saudi princess. It reminded me to thank all the brave women who fought for womens rights in the 19th and 20 century!

I finished "Tribes" a while back. Passed it on and hope it can inspire another person like it did to me.

I just finished reading Alcatraz versus the Scrivener's Bones by Brandon Sanderson. A sequel to Alcatraz versus the evil Librarians. It is a fantasy series about a 13 year old boy using his special talent of breaking things to save civilization from the evil librarians who are trying to take over the world. It is an entertaining read. I am looking forward to know what happened to the evil librarians at the end of the series.

Talking about books, both my daughter and I read a mystery series called "a Hannah Swensen mystery" by Joanne Fluke and found the books interesting because each one contains a dessert recipe. My daughter loves the chocolate chip cookie recipe and has been using it for all her parties and gatherings. I haven't tried the other recipes yet but would love to know if they really taste as delicious as described in the book.
